My name is Julia Vyazovoy, and I’m a birth and postpartum doula based in Knoxville Tennessee. I moved here in 2024 after marrying my husband, and in 2025, we welcomed our precious baby boy — an experience that confirmed my dream of being a birth doula.
Becoming a doula was born out of compassion. I saw so many women around me terrified of childbirth, speaking about it with dread instead of anticipation. I knew there was another way — one filled with faith, grace, and empowerment.
Birth is not something to fear. It’s a sacred, powerful transition that shapes our bodies, our babies, and our hearts. I want every woman I serve to feel supported, informed, and confident — to know that her body was designed for this.
My mission through Graceful Beginnings Doula is to bring calm, faith-led support to mothers as they enter one of the most beautiful seasons of life. For women to experience Gods powerful design of birth, motherhood and be excited to experience it!
